`Fraid this is going get ugly...

This is bound to start some arguments, so let's try to stay civil. I just bought an EMag, nothing too special about it. I have a couple of older Armegedon tanks. A couple of fixed output tanks. And, 2 very old (the 122ci is dedicated to NitroNellie) Paintball Mania tanks. I run a whole slew of different guns, most need higher pressure. For the EMag, I want a fast recharge. For my ProComped VM, I need a large volume of air.

    So, 2 questions...

    1) If money is no object, what air system do I get?

    2) Being reasonable about cost, what air system do I get?

Depends on if you want preset or adjustable.

Crossfire is a great tank brand and I've never had a single problem with airflow or reliability with any of the 4+ Crossfire tanks that I've owned. As for adjustable tanks.. I'm not too sure, I've never bothered with those. The only point in running one of those on an emag would be to adjust how much reactivity you got from the trigger in hybrid and mechanical mode.

Shives, look at Center flags new 420sv. It is a screw-in with an on/off, and Center Flags have no major problems I know of. also the 4c screw-in is nice if they are selling it. Stay away from Nitro quacks X-Stream, not well built IMHO. want an adjustable? Evil Scion isnt bad, and Conquests have a good reputation. A flatline 4500 is an excellent adjustable without alot of weight, also.

          My picks:

          Agd Flatline
          Or
          Center Flag screw-in

An adjustable is great, but there is no reason why you couldnt go preset screw-in and make life easy.

All of the major brands are pretty good. The only thing in particular to pay attention to is tank size. My brother and I run 88/4500's to make sure we always have enough air when we are on the field.
